Shipment Time
Our primary objective is to ensure the timely delivery of goods. Once order details are confirmed, shipments are promptly dispatched. Please note that accurate address information provided by our clients is crucial for timely delivery.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United Arab Emirates: Same Day or Next Day*
International: 3-5 working days
*Please be aware that orders placed after 3:00 PM UAE time will be processed on the next business day. Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday. We do not operate during UAE public holidays.
Pricing Policy
For orders within the UAE totaling more than AED 1000, delivery is free of charge. For further information regarding delivery charges and policies, please contact our customer service team.
Additional Charges
Please be aware that import duties, taxes, or other additional fees may apply to international orders. These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond the control of Gnss.ae. For detailed information on these fees, please consult your local customs office.
Delivery Couriers
Currently, we utilize the services of Aramex, a trusted courier known for fast and secure deliveries. However, we are flexible and can arrange alternative delivery solutions if required.
Order Tracking
Customers will be notified upon dispatch of their order. For local deliveries, tracking is available online using the code provided by gnss.ae. International orders will be monitored by our logistics team, who will keep customers informed.
Limitations
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with the destination country’s labeling requirements and standards. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify whether the shipment of specific goods is permitted. If delivery is unsuccessful due to issues beyond Gnss’s control (e.g., customs clearance problems, legal restrictions), the parcel will be returned to us, and the customer will be charged accordingly.
Wholesale and Overseas Orders
Wholesale orders can be shipped via Air Cargo services to various regions. Additional documentation and shipping fees will apply. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
Self-Pickup
Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from the gnss.ae office. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
Privacy
Please note that international shipments may be subject to inspection by authorities in the destination country. Consequently, customs authorities may request information regarding the contents of the shipment.
